Those with no knowledge about bicycles would think that a plain, conventional bicycle is the best choice. They would prefer the ones with the shiny handles and no mudguards than the ones with mudguards and other accessories but without the shine. That is the wrong impression since those extra parts actually mean comfort and protection both for the rider and the bicycle itself.
